The problem

Revenue leaks quietly, one claim at a time.

60%

Rising denials

Three in five medical groups report denial rates rising year over year.

MGMA Stat, March 2024 (n=235)
13.5%

Aged AR nobody works

Claims sit past 120 days until they time out. By then Medicare's first-level appeal window has closed too.

No revenue visibility

You learn about a collection problem weeks late, because checking where one claim stands is still the most time-consuming task in the revenue cycle.

Providers not enrolled

New hires see patients before payers will pay for them. Effective dates are not backdated.

How it works

From first look to steady collections in four steps.

Free billing assessment

We review a sample of your claims and AR and show you what we find.

Custom plan and BAA

A scoped plan, a quoted rate, and a signed BAA before any data moves.

14-day onboarding

You keep your existing EHR/PM. There is no software switch and nobody has to be retrained. Claims already in flight keep moving while we take over.

Ongoing billing

Daily claims work with a monthly performance review you can act on.

Specialties

Coders assigned by specialty, not by queue.

Each practice is matched with coders who work your specialty's codes and payer rules every day.

Who we're built for

A strong fit if

  • You're an independent practice with 1-20 providers
  • Denials are rising or AR is aging
  • You want real visibility into collections
  • You're adding providers who need credentialing

Less of a fit if

  • You need the facility's own billing (UB-04) for a hospital or surgery center
  • Your practice is mostly cash-pay
  • You want to keep a full in-house billing team
Results

What changes when the cycle is worked.

Execil is new, so there are no client outcomes to publish here yet. We will publish them once they are measured and the client has approved sharing them, not before.

What we report, every month

Net collections

What actually arrived, against what was billable. This is the number your fee is calculated on.

Denial rate

The share of claims denied, with the reason codes behind them, so you can see the cause and not just the total.

Days in AR

How long money sits before it reaches you, and how much of it has aged past 120 days.

Benchmark: the AAFP puts days in AR below 50 at minimum, and 30 to 40 as preferable.

First-pass acceptance

The share of claims accepted on first submission, before anyone has to rework them.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work inside our existing EHR?
Yes. We work inside your existing EHR/PM, so there is no software switch and no retraining.
How long does onboarding take?
Fourteen days from a signed BAA to steady-state claim submission, in most cases.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The engagement is month-to-month, and there are no setup fees.
How is pricing structured?
A percentage of collections, quoted upfront before any work begins.
Will we lose control of our billing?
No. We work inside your EHR under accounts you create and can revoke. Every claim, note and payment stays in your system, and the read-only KPI dashboard shows the same numbers we work from. If you leave, there is nothing to hand back.
What happens to claims already out when we switch?
They keep moving. We pick up your open AR and the existing work queue on day one, so submissions never stop while onboarding runs.
How is patient data protected?
A BAA is signed before any data moves, and patient records stay in your systems rather than moving into ours.Read the HIPAA Statement
Can you take on aged AR cleanup only?
Yes. Credentialing and AR cleanup can be engaged separately from full billing.
